I am a mechanical engineer who developed a fitness hobby. I got myself a lot stronger, faster, and leaner, and in the process earned a personal trainer certification.
​
Reaching those goals felt great, but so does having more energy, getting sick less, and being more attuned to how my body works.
The interesting thing about learning something valuable is that you end up wanting to share it with others. I feel just as much satisfaction seeing others meet their goals as I do when I hit mine. I love seeing efforts turn into results.

So far I've helped dozens of clients reach their goals, all based on fundamental principles and tried-and-true techniques. There is no magic bullet!
